The Beautiful Complexity of Thought and Choices

This is a clip from the movie "Bobby Fischer Against The World."  I encourage you to watch the movie when you get a chance.  This particular segment is an intriguing look at thought and choices.  This is a beautiful visual representation of what I love about Chess.  It helps players and non-players understand the beautiful nature of complexity.  As we challenge ourselves to lean into complexity, we find a greater appreciation for each engagement.

I dare you to venture into that space that your fears warn against.  I dare you to venture into the dark world of uncertainty.  Lean into your discomfort and pluck a choice from the sea of options.  Challenge yourself to drive head first into the world of possibilities.  Or just pull out a board and challenge a friend to a game of Chess.
