Character Chess is a research-based character education program designed to enhance the way the game of Chess is taught to children. It is a values based program that teaches children the value of character and the importance of being good students. The program begins with defining character as adherence to a set of beliefs or values. It goes on to describe some of America's most closely held values that will lead to success in Chess and in life.
